I don't use the Golden very often but I took it for a short hunt today at a grassy area north of the football stadium that's used for parking for home football games. In addition to a couple of bucks in clad and pennies I got the four Namco game tokens in the photo. Namco tokens aren't rare, there's just about always a couple on Ebay, but are seldom seen around here. I had only found one before today and none of the guys I hunt with have found any. No doubt they were all dropped at the same time as all four were within a few inches of each other, but rather odd that they ranged in depth from barely under the surface for one down to four inches for another:shrug:

I have a token like the one at top left in your picture. Do you know when they were made? I saw some on ebay with a $1.99 buy it now price and since game tokens are usually something like five for a dollar I thought it might be fairly old.

Congrats on the finds! I have a few of those myself. It looks like you had a very good hunt, Beale.

No idea when they were made, but three of the tokens in the photo have 1991 copyright dates so they're not very old. Regardless of how old they are, I'd much rather find them than rotten zinc pennies:).

Those tokens are seen in gaming arcades, 4/dollar. Im amazed someone would pay $1.99 for them.
