ok i sent my golden umax in on april 30th for the new tone change and tesoro was aware it was on it's way and now im being told that they dont have the parts and that they were on order, i had called and sent emails and got so reoly! i just feel like im getting the runaround. ive been a tesoro user for many many years and this is not a good feeling! has anyone ever had a problem like this? all i ask is please Robert let me know the status of my machine... thanks, Steven
