Golden uMax vs Micro Max

Hello all,

On a recent hunt, a friend was using a Golden uMax. His finds were impressive. I started some internet research on the Golden uMax and found references to a Golden Micro Max. Is a Golden uMax and a Golden Micro Max the same machine? If not, what are the differences?

that little u that is in front of the max is the symbol for micro, hence the micromax moniker. I tried to paste that symbol from microsoft word, but it wont allow me to. Its just a u with a tail in the front.

I suspected they were the same detector. But, I know nothing about Tesoro machines and you know what "assume" can do to a guy.
