golden umax?:ausflag:

i've had one and once you get the tones down it was super and i listened to everything it's the solid tone to mid to high you want to dig nickels tone just above irons the thing i did'nt like was i thought it lacked depth but i got alot silver dimes using one and used the 8" brown donut!

Hi Blowfly,
I had a Golden Umax (traded it in on my DeLeon.) It was great to use...I found a lot of pre-decimals with it while I had it, a few silver rings, but no gold. I loved the tones, and wish I could have kept it, but finances (or lack of them)dictated otherwise. I found the notch worked well, and it found plenty of coins. ant say much more than that. Sapper.

g'day sapper,i'm still thinking deleon, but ran across a few good comments about the g umax and thought maybe.gotta sell the 305 and the compadre first.then we'll see.maybe tesoro will present us all with a new machine that will blow the opposition away,we have to wait and see.bye for now,blowfly.p.s. olga's about strike, mmmmh!!!
