Golden Cross

Hello Everyone,
I went on a night hunt tonight and found this 14k cross and a junk ring. I was in the water about a foot deep when I found the cross. I kept searching for the chair that I’m sure is some where near it but I couldn’t find it. I took note of the spot and will hit it hard next time. I’ll test it and weight it in the morning.

Nice find.... i believe you are correct about the chain being nearby.
May be difficult to detect though depending on size of it.

Good luck on the chain. The only gold chains that I have been able to find had a pendant/crucifix on them that my machine detected. My machine can not see just the chain alone. I have tested it with the pendant removed and it just goes blindly along.

The cross weighs 6.5g and tested 14k. I’m hunting with a NOX 800 with a 15” coil, a carbon shaft I made, stainless steel arm cuffs(after the plastic broke), and Tony E. headphones.

Very cool find.. I haven’t found any gold crosses with the nox yet ..the ones I’ve found with other machines gave rather iffy signals...congrats...
