GoldBugPro-Does its new design make a superb gold prospecting machine?

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light onto this new goldbug. Not much if any testing has been done to conclude it is a proven nuggett machine.
Sure it has some great features, but can it stand up as a good prosepecting machine.

Can you run the machine with no discrimanation-will it's circuits allow for the detection of small grain size nuggets.

Why lable this machine a gold bug when it seems it was designed more for park hunting, relic hunting and not really gold prospecting at all?
Is it because of its better response to lower conductive metal's such as gold?I was real excited to hear fisher put out a new gold machine....but its not really a "True gold machine".I was expecting a updated version of the goldbug2.Oh well......maybe soon.....

Would like some input on Why this machine would be good for nuggetts.
I dont want to compare it to other machines I just want someone with a better understanding of metal detectors to explain the plus side's of prospecting with this new unit.(Dave J?)

I have yet to read the field test the one of the treaure mags has done(not sure is I can mention names). But if anyone can post some links to websites with some field tests or such related to the goldbugpro and nuggett shooting that be awesome!

Im certain this will be my new machine,Im hoping its hotter on small nuggers than some of the other do-all machines'.
Its sure light and its 5 year warrenty is killer.
It has proven itself as a coin/relic machine...but we need some guys to prove its a better nugget shooter......
I will if i get one....

I don't have and nuggets to test with. Specially here in Oklahoma. I can tell you it hits some of my wifes small jewelry very well! Several good videos here to watch!

Right on for the links BB.Im sure its a matter of time before people start reporting on there nuggett findings.

I think its a great machine and I am going to buy one in the future.Been really racking my head for what I want in a new machine.....it may not be a True-nuggett hunter but it would be a better choice for me until I do get a true-nuggett machine.I can still hunt around my area and maybe find some gold.(rings and such).Prospecting is a weekend thing and every second weekend or so..
This can always be used by a freind or my brother.

I had a beat up old mxt.I just did not think it worked right... but I been it worked fine by the new owner.. just the way it sounds.
I want a new machine,5 year warrenty,no worries...something lighter and a little better shape-not so bulky like whites machines.

Their is a Great Field Test & Review on the Gold Bug Pro. Lost Treasure Mag.

Test by Chris Golson. The Report was to determine its ability to find Gold.

Chris Golson from Ariizona Outback.com He used both coils. All i can say it is WOW. I own one planning to go to gold country this spring cant wait.

Hope this will answer any question about the Gold Bug. Tested it at two sties and Goldat both sites one site used 5' other 11' coil.

Cool! nice to hear some findings of natural gold! I cant wait until spring now. I think when I order I will get both coils.Hopefully soon they will put out a 6 or 8" coil.I really like that size for tot-lots and playground. The 5" just a little too small.

This machine seems to be selling like hot cakes.I think its just a matter of time before some new coils come around.
