Gold weekend - before and after rain

Saturday was good but today was better for gold and chains.
Must change my nickname to Chain-man.

Saturday on salt lake bed.
Best finds... 4 hrs hunt - one rechargeable battery

Silver chains, one iron ring and one silver.

And one Bvlgari thingy ... it was one step from trash but I filed one edge ...
gold color underneath ... probably gold ... then I found (5?)85 stamp

Today started with rain... went to my hunting ground
decided to try same ground as yesterday

Got more silver and two gold rings ... 585 white gold and wedding band (broken)

Chains and black ring are silver

Today I did two hours ... rained rest of day...
I got more today because of rain... dilutes salt and mud under gravel ... gives more depth
Silver ring was under water ... about 3 inches so I had to guess

I love finding jewelry. Couldn't care less about coins actually. I wish I kept my G2. I now have a GB Pro DP. I really like these detectors. Cant wait for spring. What kind of rechargeable 9V are you using?

G2 is same as GoldBug Pro DP ?

I have few China made batteries ...

Yellow one is longer (few mm longer than usual) so it doesn't fit G2 ...
With them I get 4 hrs ... with headphones
