Looking for advice on the (GARRETT GOLD STINGER) detector, I live near Sonora ca, Famous for the 1849 gold rush I have read both positive and negative reviews about this model. The price is right for my budget but would appreciate some advice from actual users. thank you for your time
 
I have a Scorpion and I really like it. I took it to the gold fields and found a little gold with it. I need a lot more hours with it to do better but all in all I really like it. Uncle Willy here on the forum will be of some help to you also, He is a good guy. Wish you good luck with yours and hope you find a big nugget.
