Gold rings number 9 and 10 on an early hunt with my Compadre

It's been too hot here in AZ to do much hunting but my lucky gold streak continues now 10 golds in a 2 month period. Both found in Baseball fields this morning, 1 approx 3" deep and the other approx 5" deep. Set it on Iron discrimination and dug all good signals.

This was a trashy park but the Compadre separated the trash with ease..

Also found about $2.50 clad, a 1951 Wheatie and a Huge heavy ring I thought was Silver but I think its actually Pewter since I cant find a marking.

Them COMPADRES are sure fun to use. They can find the small gold too. You are doing darn good. I have a hard time putting down my compadre. I don't even use my other Tesoros. I found a small gold ear ring in a grass strip in a parking lot the other day. I could not beleave I found such a small one. I hunt just above all metal. Dig everything.. Good luck.... KEN

never have i found gold am i doing somthing wrong hmmmmm

@ silversurfer1111 with the Compadre and the small 5.75" coil I'm forced to detect slowly, I feel slow swinging is the answer across the board. Of course I use low discrimination also. Hope there are some good finds in your future as well.
