Hello, Haven't been here lately or hunting either. This summer was so hot here in the midwest.
Now the weather is really nice but the sun sets so early. By the time I get home from work it's
almost dark. So tonight I decided to do a little nite hunting. Same equipment as normal just
brought a little LED flashlight. I dug three plugs. The first was a rusty nail. Then I got a 12/13
solid signal right under the surface, ok it's a nickle. Dug it and with just the light from the probe
it looked like a pull tab. Then got out the flashlight and saw it was a ring. I just put it in my pouch.
A few feet away got a good signal about an inch down. Dug it and out came a 1953 silver rosie.
Called it a night then and went home. When I cleaned the mud off the ring I could read the inside
and it reads 14k Camelot. It's a white gold man's wedding band. I'm wearing it right now, perfect fit.
Needless to say I'll be going back to that park tomm. night.
Attached is a couple of pics.
Thanks for reading and HH.
