I recognize that gold readings will vary based on depth, karat and size, however, is it fair to say that the ferrous number will almost ALWAYS be lower than the conductivity #? Also with the sens at 25, I seem to be getting some falsing in the very wet sand...is this normal?

thanks as I am currently on the beach in NC for the next week.
