While detecting this afternoon a lady came up to me and asked if I had picked up a mens wedding band as her husband had lost his while walking on the beach. I asked her were they were sitting and she pointed to her husband and I told her I would lok for it but it was probably where they were sitting on the beach. Thye were getting ready to go and I told her to give me her address and she stated she was from out of town staying at her sister- in- laws but gave me thier address. The address had note of $100.00 for ring when returned. I was working with the DF and it was in very trashy area and went back to the BHID and came back. They had left and after many bottle caps which the BHID does sometimes give as ring tone. (anyone know how to get them out of this machine?) After many bottle caps gold was in scoop. I loaded up and went to the address they gace as they did not give phone number and asked if the person who was on the note was there and the young lady advised not but his wife was. I said good I found her ring and will only give it to one of the two of them. They wife came to the door excited and thanked me over and over. I refused the reward as from picture you can see the ring is small and 10K and not really worth a lot to anyone but them. So now the last two are returned to the owner.
I bet the other guys working this beach wish I would go away as two golds rings now found and returned almost within one week. I guess I need to wait until dark until all are gone? Nah. The smiles on the faces of the owners is worth the finding. I do not discard or sale any anyway.

Other then that trash ans three coins is the afternoon. I did have one interesting itema piece of coral was under the sand and buried and gave me a metal tone on the DF. I picked it up and cant wait to break open to see what it is.
