i'm thinking of buying a gold detector and after reading so much hype about them,i thought the best way to go about this is to put the question to all of you that have actually used them.all brands say their's is the best.that's obvious, more sales.the prices here in oz,range from $6000.500 for a minelab gpx 4500 to $279 for a gold snoop and all the other brands in between. hh. see ya blowfly:detecting:

Cant go wrong with a gold bug. but if you want to get serious go for the GP that's what I use and I love it.:minelab:
