What is the best Gold detector on the market. ? For the very serious treasure seeker (Price not being an issue)
Which is suitable for soil, cave, and large stone enclosed areas searches

Here is a good site to get you started on your search for it. Your question is kind of like asking which is the best car, everyone has their own idea and it is up to you to separate the Wheat from the chaff

Welcome to the forum Mark777 and may you purchase the one you like and will find lots and lots of treasure for you! God Bless! Betty

The Best is the Minelab GPX-4500, But when you said caves..the 4500 is not water proof. Then you may want to go for the Garrett Infinium LS {Water Proof to 200ft} Go to the
Yank-Aussie Prospecting Forum those are the diehard Pro's on this subject.....Joe

Hey
How about that OKM eXp 5000 does it all down to 80 feet. See whats in the ground in your stereoscopic headphones. Yours starting at $26,770.
Sooo. Just how not an issue is price?

Heard the Minelab PI machines Rock. Also heard the GPX-4500s are scarce with gold at 1000$ oz and people selling their machines in Africa.

Find Lots (and lots)
Jeff

I think Minelab builds some of the best gold detectors on the market. They are not cheap. Seeker up in Alaska uses them and he finds the gold! :)
