gold coins

Probably depends on how deep and how many. Yesterday I found 8 quarters in one hole. Maybe 4 inches down. Signaled quarter, size C. I've air tested a lot of gold coins. Even got lucky and found one once. They really can ring up all over the scale. From nickel to dime which is a lot of notches! When you find one I assume you'll be posting photos!

Yes i will add pics, lol.just wondered what the signal would be.I'm using the Garrett gti 1500,and from digging overload signals,i have always pulled out either tin cans or foil or some other rubbish. But would a big amount of gold have the same effect.

I got an overload on a gold chain once. Large coin spills too depending on the coil you're using. Overloads are always within a few inches of the surface. Personally I check most of them.
