Gold Bug pro a coin magnet

Have had a gold bug pro for a year and generally was disappointed with it to the extent i was selling it. Had a guy interested in buying but thought i had better check to make sure it still worked ok. I am in very high mineralised ground and have always had trouble ground balancing the machine. Today i turned offf the discrimination and the machine ground balanced and ran stable . Well i it the park and was quite amazed This detector id,s brilliantly, and sorts amongst trash like a champion, I found you only had to have a flash of a target id amongst the trash and sure enough hiding in the trash was a coin . Needles to say after my 2 hours in the park i rang the prospective buyer and told him it was no longer for sale.

Congrats on your hunt!!

I love our Aussie 1 @ 2 dollar coins. You made a wise choice in keeping the bug. ID detectors are great money spinners and around cities and towns can be very rewarding. Best of luck with your next outings.

They sure are just added up my months total came in at $211.21c but of all the detectors ive used so far the bug has had the most stable id closely followed by my Xterra 70 with my v3i coming last for id stability.

The G2 works great for me for finding coins. It's super fast response speed and modulated audio is the ticket. Very seldom is it affected by EMI, so it can find stuff where other detectors can't.
