Gold Bug 2 question...

Robert2300

New member
Is it the Gold Bug 2 that operates at 70kHz for nugget
hunting? If so can some one please explain the practical
advantage of this over a machine operating at 15kHz...
18kHz and 50kHz.

Also does Gold Bug 2 have auto ground balance?

Thanks
Robert2300

70 kHz hit smaller gold, disadavantage is it gets less ground penetration. The difference between 50 kHz and 71 kHz in minute.

GB2 is manual ground balance only.

If you are wanting to buy a new, full warranty Gold Bug 2 better do it right now. They will be sold out within days.

Yes. I may have found one dealer who has one in stock. I placed the order yesterday. He says hes got one. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The only reason I could find as to why all the gold detectors were suddenly disappearing is being attributed to another gold rush in Africa.

Don;t know if thats the whole reason, but thats what is being told to me.

No offense taken. If more people would just apply themselves to using what they have more finds would be made than by getting a different detector.
