Gold bug 2 or keep my MXT?

I am considering selling my MXT and getting a Gold Bug 2. My MXT is a great all around detector but i have an ATPRO that I like better. The only reason to keep my MXT would be for gold only. But, I think the Gold Bug would be better for gold only due to its higher frequency. Any and all opinions would be appreciated.

I posted this earlier in the wrong forum.

I have two Gold Bug II's (with all 3 coils) and I believe they are amazing at finding gold.... and (unfortunately) just about everything else!

With the little coil, they will find specks of gold.

If you go looking anywhere human beings have been, you may get tired of digging trash.

If you're in gold country, (unless you're in soft ground), it would be best if you could check the signals with your AT Pro before grabbing your pick or digging tool.

Remember that a trail of black sand is your friend in gold country.

It would be nice to have somebody track the black sand with the MXT and you follow searching for small gold with the gold bug II
