Gold Bracelet

I spent about 5 hours at Newport Beach today. Hunted the same area as Monday, except closer to the low tide line. Pretty uneventful most of the day; trash, a coin here and there. At about the 4 hour mark I got a very soft broken tone that just sounded different, something said dig it. Dumped the scoop, moved the coil over the spoil pile, nothing. Checked the hole, nothing. I spread the spoil pile with my foot so it was thinner, and got the same soft signal. Used the scoop to investigate, started seeing gold links...once I stopped dancing, I realize it was a gold bracelet. My first with the PI. This good fortune is making me a bit nervous, I've never had such a lucky streak. Afraid its all gonna to be used up before summer gets here, then I'll be crying. But for now, all smiles. :geek:

Nice going Jim... Thats been the word about PI machines.. They can't see a chain but they can see 1 link so its always nice when we find a chain :)
