Gold Bracelet Trashed by Lawn Mower

Treasure Mike

New member
Went to a soccer field today and got a 6-8 hit on the VDI meter of the MXT with the Bigfoot coil. Down about and inch I pull out a piece of a 10K gold Figaro style link bracelet. I dug a hole a little bigger than I would normally dig but I think I found most all of the bracelet. Looks as though it was hit by a lawn mover. I am very surprised that the pieces were not scattered much farther apart. Then again maybe what I found is what is left of a longer necklace. Anyway this is the first gold item I have found in over 2 weeks, so I was pretty happy to find it cut up or not. Thanks for looking. Mike

Great find, even though it's been cut up. Gold is gold and it's got good weight to it. WTG Mike! If you put the pieces together, does it all match up? Design and all? Might be more pieces if not. I bet someone wasn't a "happy player" when they realized they had lost/left it there. Great detecting and congratulations on another gold find!
