Gold and Silver in The Surf Lane...

...there's not a whole lot right now...beach is majorly sanded in, sloped up hard, VERY few targets. But there are a few finds being made. We're hoping to see a lot of fresh drops today.

Stacey and Karl and me hit the lane last night for 4 hours at low tide. Saw Tony, Dalton, Anthony, Norm, and Jason. It was a very nice night out there, even if you could go a 1/4 mile without a target...VERY unusual for this time of year here.

So I was in the shallow surf and got a SWEET low tone...knew it was gold. Worked it hard, almost lost it, got it. Little 14K ring with 3 diamond chips. I'll take it.

Stacey got a nice 925 bracelet and Karl pulled a 925 ring. And we all got a meager clad count. Back out there again tonight! Good luck to everybody.

Nice finds. I myself was doing better in March and April than I am now. You all must have been north of the Pipe.
