or one could say i was in the right place at the right time.
whatever, it just goes to show us, go everytime u get the chance, u never know what the surfgod has waiting for us
all 8 rings in one hole.............not in 14 years have i ever seen anything like this..............probably never will either

rings were real deep...........look to have been down some time, but who knows............
some look real good, couple look like nice Nitros............i will get them checked out and report back later

That is just unbelievable I never heard of that many rings in one hole either, and they all look great! You just just never know what will turn up with this great hobby.

Did someone rob a jewelry store or something? Great finds! By the photo it seems about midpoint between high and low tide. Is that correct? Thanks for sharing the super photos. It's just what the rest of us need to get the blood going.

Nice going Grave Digger max, that's what's so nice about water detecting. The pockets! I hope you memorized where you were at, because in a couple of weeks that pocket is going to have more gold rings in it! And it will keep filling up for you. <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock">
 
.........I had a comparable find of 7 rings up in the dry sand. Two of them were still strung on a broken chain. I conjecture that someone collected the rings from their group for "safekeeping" and the fine chain could not carry the weight while playing in the sand.
There may still be a fine chain out there in your detecting area that would be missed by most detectors.

nole then it drops off to the surf..........mushy deep soft sand area.
i was working from the waves edge up when i hit them.
u can see from one of the pics the area in relation to the dry sand and surf.
just happened to swing in the right spot
 
The beaches have been sanded in our way. Hope things change soon. Been doing a little lake hunting. Will post finds soon. Need to go to jeweler to get some counsel on finds.
