Gold and diamonds!(super small ice though!)

Well guys, another 3 hours in the rain and wind on the clay that used to be a golden sand beach 1 month ago. After an hour I found a gold ring with 3 bands to it, and 3 tiny diamonds. I tested the diamonds and they are real, but so small they're not worth anything I bet. The ring is 9k, weights 2.6g. I got some old coins, George 5th 1 shilling 1920.George 5th 6 pence, some old pennies from the 1920's and a badge, it looks like its from ww2 it says 181, could be one to reseach later....It was tough out there, no-one else out today apart from me..... They give 17-25 ft waves tomorrow!

Now thats GREAT! This weather you are getting is a once in a Lifetime event for you to get the gold out there...tough hunting, but hey...you are really on the gold now!:clapping:

Well done again WW,you are making me feel inadequate in the jewels area at the moment.
Weather looking terrible for the next few days although a bit of a respite sunday.......hopefully i'll get out then.Monday looking like more stormy weather......hope it brings up those rings for you.Whenever you go out mate be safe and look after yourself.

All the best,neil.

At Thursday spot price for gold that is approximately 40 US Dollars worth of gold. Where I live that would really make my day. Any day i find gold I am thrilled. Congratulations. With the weather you are expecting there should be considerable sand movement making finds much easier.

Yeah, What Neil and Geo said...those big storms could uncover a rotten bloody roman treasure chest full of gold coins! If you find it, better to just pm some pics to some of your mates, or not, but at least give a guy some sort of reason to celebrate!:beers:

Great finds W.W.! I recommend you tether yourself to the biggest boulder you can see on the beach so those waves don't wash you away into the English Channel !!! No amount of gold can replace any of us...be safe.......

Nicely found..keep em coming....

Real nice ice gold WW!!

Glad you're finding gold for all your effort, WW. The old coins would have made my day. It doesn't take much to make me happy when I go dirt fishing, even if it's a junk and clad day. Take care in those winds, tho.
