Going to look for another ring tomorrow

Got a call from my scuba shop about another ring. Will be going a little north of where the tug and barge sank 2 days ago in Lake Huron. Guy lost it off the back of his boat in a marina. Shouldn't be too hard to find. Hopefully with all the rain we had yesterday the water won't be too murky, but I have found rings in black water.

Hope all have a great weekend and post some super nice gold finds!! Good luck out there.

Went to Lexington Harbor where the ring was lost today. It was right behind a 29' Sea Ray. Went and looked and it was all weeds. He lost it behind the starboard engine. I got suited up and put on my tank and took my machine down to the boat. Left the machine on the boat and went in. The water was 5' deep with about 6 inches of muck. The weeds were about 4' tall. I cleaned a bunch of the weeds out from behind the engine first. Then asked the owner for my detector. Put it on went down and found the ring in about 30 seconds in the muck. First and only signal. Whole job took maybe 10 minutes and less than 100 pounds of air.

The ring was a huge Michigan colege class ring. They were shocked at how fast I found it and his father said "If I wasn't here I wouldn't have believed it."

Another satisfied customer and money in my pocket and a good start to the weekend.
