The way I understand God's Word.....Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit and anointed for service during His baptism, when the Holy Spirit came down upon Him like a Dove and God said, This is my beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased! Until then, He was under the supervision of His mother and father, but went about the business of His Heavenly Father while the Holy Spirit was with Him, but the anointing came with the Baptism of God's Holy Spirit! during His water baptism! Anyway this is the way I believe but could be wrong, as I am not the smartest Christian in God's service! I received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost after I was water baptized and there is a difference, as God's Holy Spirit gives us power to defeat the enemy
