Awhile back I asked for prayer for my brother-in-law who fell on the ice cracked his head open, 2 concussions, aspirated got pneumonia and then had a heart attack while at the hospital. Thank you all for praying for him. As the hospital said "there was little hope for him". And now he is recovering quite well. Reckon it wasn't Lord's time to call him home.
Try to make this short. On Christmas my cousin, who is 60, quit breathing, they got him to the hospital but it was way over 10 minutes without oxygen and the hospital said "there's really no brain activity and it's just too late for him". But he remained on life support until Monday when they did another eeg and amazingly his brain had returned to 85% function and they said it's a thousnad times more than it was when they brought him in. He is now breathing on his own, eating solid food, recognises friends and is starting to talk again! The hospital staff are calling him a Chritmas miracle. Reckon it it wasn't the Lord's time to call him home.
Sister-in-law is walking again at home and we thought she was going to a nursing home.
Eventually we all leave, earth is just a lauching pad for eternity. For now we gain knowledge and hopefully understanding but it's the Holy Spirit living within us that makes it possible for us to enter into the fullness of life here. In Him we live and move and have our being. Blessed be the Name of the Lord forever.
Again thank you all for praying, for believeing and for anticipating the goodness of the Lord. Glenn
