Hey they are awsome machines just large and clunky, very powerful though. I think they use AC power to transmit to the coil like 48 volts? Powerhouses! Also prob illegal per the FCC??? But who cares, they find stuff really good.
 
Hi R-n-R i actually own two nautilus machines and i have been having great success with them over here in England.They have actually helped me win 'DETECTORIST OF THE YEAR' from the club i'm in.They are heavy but the performance outweighs this problem.I've owned a number of detectors over the years but the Nauti has always been my favourite....and the one i'll never get rid of.By the way, excellent forum and love seeing some of those civil war relics you guys dig up...awesome.
