GM2 finds

These are what I found with my GM2 at my bros mine. 4.g .3g .15g and too small to weigh.

GMT and Gold bug "nuggets" often require a gun powder scale that weighs in tenths of GRAINS...

What coil did you use with the GM-II? I have a GM V/Sat and have found the 4 X 6 DD Shooter coil GB adjusts out nicely and will do some pretty small lead and copper fragments.

I was using the 4x6 coil. I dont notice a difference in sensitivity between it and the 5x10 coil. I like it for sniping stream areas or areas where there is not much ground to cover. Other wise I think the 5x10 is a better coil. It goes deeper on every piece of gold I have tested on it. The 5x10 is a little noisier. I have my infinium for when there is a lot of dirt to see through or I want to cover a lot of ground.

I've mainly used my 4 X 6 GM Shooter DD coil for bedrock, tight spaces, and trashed out places. I don't expect it to get the depth of the stock coil but it sure handles the ground minerals a lot better and sure hits on the tiny stuff. It does however take more swings to cover the same ground though.
