Giving these a try...

I have been wanting to try wireless headphones without spending a fortune so I called a couple of Radio Shacks that are local to me. I asked if they had any of the long since discontinued Auvio 33-383 wireless headphones in stock. Well to my surprise a local store had one pair. I asked if he could locate anymore and after a half hour or so he calls me back and says the pair he had were the only ones in the region!!
So I have one pair that is on the charger right now. I figure if I don't like them no big deal, I have wasted many a $30 bills :wacko:.

I have read that some guys use them and love them so here I am, ready to give um a shot!!

I would be interested in how you hook them up to your detector

Elton.... depending on your plug in some just need a radio shack adaptor and they plug right in there. Some like the response others think they respond to slowly after the target making it much like slow recovery.... meaning you might miss a close target. Of course it might be a matter of using them long enough to learn the sweep speed just like learning how your machine reacts over any target. Good luck Jeff.
