Ghost?

This is part of a panorama of my fathers CCC group during the depression.
I scanned the picture in three parts and was gonna try to get the cracks out.

I zoomed in on something that looked odd, which was the image in the window. Looks like a dang face to me, something like a lion.

I thought it was interesting. Maybe a ghost??

didn't the ccc do road work,my mom said her brothers were in it before ww2 broke out.i always get the ccc and wpa(i think)confused.they built alot of school gynasiums around this part of texas,i see them every now and then,their always a reminder of a tougher time.

It was a work program during the depression. In Michigan they built a lot of parks and fish and animal habitat. It put food on the table for many familys'
