GG Amphibians Gold Chesapeake Bay

Slipped out today for 4 hours with the Excalibur 8 inch and GG Amphibian's hunting reverse discrimination with the remote PP, quick and efficient in trashy areas with great tonally separation. Two Gold, both light weights with a nice 1899 silver and sterling spoon.. water temp 60, perfect with the Drysuit, very lowtide ......First time in the bay in over a month, sand is moving..

Great result for 4 hours Joe, sounds like your set up just perfect :detecting:

Nice going Joe, if you are finding the the small gold you know you are not missing the larger gold, nice silver!
Keep at it , Jim

Thanks Guys, I need to get out in the Bay again to check the water temps......

Keeping a log of water temps, what I was wearing and if I was warm. So come next spring I can be a warm fulltime Bay Pirate.

Nice finds mr joe. Was at sandy point the other day myself teaching a few friends of mine some basics. Water temps are chilly now so i wasnt able to get in the water.

Glad to see you got out and plundered the gold Joe. Two gold would be considered an outstanding hunt on any pirates ship.
