Getting used to the T2

pull tab mel

New member
Went from the Delta 4000 to the T2......The T2 is not as light weight as the Delta and getting used to the 11" coil is different...I thought at first I wanted to go back but am getting used to the change....anyone else had growing pains?................Is the Omega lighter than T2?

Maybe a little Mel..maybe Jim TN will jump in and answer he had both.. Wow..I find the T2 to be one of the lightest high performance detectors I ever owned.

I swing it for hours when weather allows and have no arm stress or back pain at all. I love the feel of the T2.

Thanks Elton, Its probally the coil that makes it seems heavier....Really impressed with the performance of the T2. The depth reading is very accurate. I think I am going to love it.

I've had my T2 for 3 years now and I keep thinking I need to upgrade but what would I upgrade to? I don't think there's another unit that fits me better. I might go to the LTD but still can't convince myself. What a dilemma to have. lol
