I've had my XS for a little more that a month now and today I had my best day for total number of coins that is. In 3 hours I found 41 coins. The best was a 1942 merc and a 1941 War nickle. Also had three wheaties, a coin with asian script, the rest clads and memorials. Nothing old, but what it did for me was give me more confidence in the XS and improved my pinpointing ability. My settings were; Manual Sens 24, tone 3, limits 10, sound conduct, gain 10, varibility 10, deep recovery, threshold 5, response audio 2,advanced smart coins selected, foil and nails rejected.
 
But your on your way. Your settings are a little different but what the heck, if it works it must be right!! WTG Rich.
