Pigeon Hill Resort,down the street from me.Got permission from the owner....When SANDTICK and I were there before winter,I found mostly modern coins,SANDTICK too,except for a 1948 Wheat penny I found,and a girl's cheap cats face ring.The current owner told me this place has been in use as a campground and resort,since the mid 1950's.That 1948 Wheat penny and junk ring,may signal potential for some nice old silver coins and jewelry,at the resort grounds,and at the beach and in Lake Michigan,that is part of the resort......
