i have only one problem my legs are big playing soccer for a long time give u big legs hard to push them thru

Slip it over your feet pull the legs up to your knees or as far as you can. Then slip one arm in and hump your shoulder up. This stretches the suit up your back.Put other arm in.Reach back grab zipper pull and lean ahead(bend at knees) and pull zipper strait up.wax zipper first. If that don't work get a bigger suit. The suit will stretch after you use it .

Does your wetsuit have a smooth or a fabric lining? If I remember the Henderson's correctly, they have a smooth skinlike lining.

You can use any cheap conditioner. Just make sure that you can tolerate the scent of the conditioner you choose.

I have some generic apple scented conditioner that I am currently using.

Makes a huge difference with my freediving wetsuit. It has a smooth interior but is a :biteme: to get on or off without help. With the conditioner, you will slip right in and out of the wetsuit. And, if fitted properly, the wetsuit will stay snug to your skin minimizing waterflow inside the suit, thus you will stay warmer.

When you get the farmer johns over your feet, stand up and grab the material about mid thigh, start pulling up. Then get it at the waist and do the same thing. You will find that as you use
it, it will get easier. Same with your jacket, get both arms thru and cinch it up. I am almost 74 and it's not as easy as when I was in my forties. I have a pair of regular, pull on dive boots and
now they are all zippered. I wear a pair of short nylons and they are still a struggle, but in the winter they keep your feet warmer than the zippered as they don't let in as much water. Up here
in Washington State, you need all the heat you can get for lake diving in the winter. Go get 'em.

You can use a "skin" which is a real thin fabric and the suit will go on easier and come off easier.

i have the 2 piece suit it has that blue fabric inside i got it used on ebay it fit me well , payed like 65$ with the hood (i dont think i will use the hood)

the sad thing is i had 2 send my xcal2 to get the headphones wire fixed

I agree with sand phantom, get a dive skin and slip in and out.

...as I used to do. Soak your wetsuit in the water for several minutes. It becomes pliable and will slip on easily.
