Nasa Tom has an excellent article on the CZ3D if you can find it on the net or perhaps someone will offer the info...Many seem confused between the advanced and regular mode...and Tom offers a good explanation. Sort of like two detectors in one with different ID parmaeters in either regular or advanced mode if you understand and know how to use either mode...

It has Nasa Toms initial field test info. on the 3D. It's a really good detector!
