Spent about 4 hrs on my local sledding hill....Ground is defrosted.. Dug up $4.81...... I have about 20 hrs on machine
Stock coil, Ground balance 68 dark wet soil
Sensitivity one notch back, Iron discrimination 40
Pro custom, With Iron audio on most of the time
Depth ranges mostly 2"-4" some target 6"-8" ( sledding hill made late seventies)

All clad except some nickles
Nickles solid at 52-53 sharp and clear with trash every where, great separation was able to bring the coil right on them.
Pennies 76-81
Dimes 81-84
Quarters 86-90
Half dollar 87-90 Loud and clear 6" down

I notice to about the sweeping speed slow or fast it will give a good signal
Coins laying flat will give a dbl pulse.

Not digging to much foil....You can hear the scratchy sound in some directions.....Found myself check different direction sweeping on the target and telling if it was foil. Still getting fooled when pieces are small and round. I keep digging them you never know....Bottle cap when there not bent up scratchy all the way around.
Noticed the depth indication was sometimes off. But I was going by intensity of sound coming from the target...
Yes, I had trouble too with falsing. Sent it in got it back in about two weeks I paid for outbound shipping. Garrett shipped back with a Garrett Digger
All and all quite happy with the AT Pro.....I get great depth, great target separation....
I did however make my own cuff extension out of UH MW Plastic, better balance, fits arm better don't get tired.
Can't wait to get it in the water and those sand bars on some of the lakes around here.
