GBSE 2.9 and G2

Anybody done any (more) side by side comparison tests with the GBSE 2.9 ("29er") versus the G2?-----If so, what was your results/findings?-------I know this question/issue has been brought up before and some say those two detectors are the same (performance & depth wise)----while others say the 2.9 version (or at least some of them) are "hotter" than the later released GB's & G2's.------It's always had me curious--maybe it's all in "the eye of the beholder". :)----Or are (some) of the "29ers" actually hotter than others (and the G2)?------------Del
 
Very satisfied with my SE 29 that i actually bought from a US state and a very great dealer but i dont think it is better then the Pro or the G2

But it is close or even at a better price.

I think the clue is just that, similar or even performance to the end result but at a better price.

And i like the earlier decals and color design better, lol....

The G2 is sexy though.....
