GBP & 9V Rechargeable LI Batteries

Can the rechargeable 9V Lithium Ion batteries be used with the Gold Bug Pro/ G2? The manual says can use rechargeables but sometime LI batteries are different. Advise will be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Lloyd, I only used 9v lithium rechargeable in my GBPro successfully. So not to worry. They worked great for me! But I used ABT, I think was the brand as my rechargeable, and wasn't that impressed with them. At least the way that they charged. Could have been the charger I guess, but wasn't very impressed with the contact they made with the charger. Just fyi.
