GB Pro Screw caps/pull tabs

I just posted this on another forum, but I enjoy findmall immensely, so I am going to query here also :clapping:
Just ordered my new GB Pro. Cant wait to get it a swinging! Any suggestions for keeping pull tabs and screw caps dug to a minimum? For you users out there of the G2/GBPRO lineup, what vdi numbers do these items ring up as numerically? What do YOU DO to keep the digging of these to a minimum, if anything?

Thank you,
Bubbadirect

They read in the mid 60's to lower 70's. If your hunting cw relics a screw cap reads just like a minute ball & the tabs just like tabs.

I've got the 11"DD. Usually I've got the DISC at 35 and sofar I've had only 1 site where I couldn't set the gain to 100. Pull tabs between 60 and 64. beaver tail in the upper 50s. Foil starting from 40, very small pieces, up to high 50s for big chunks.

Found a 14k gold heart with a solid tone and ID at 48.

Beer bottle tops are sometime indistinguishable from good targets, but by tilting the coil while sweeping you may get the iron grunt. But where I am we've got the small euro coins which are iron with a copper top layer that sound the same. So I've got to dig anyway.

This is a very sensitive detector!

Great informants here! Thank you all. I'm sure the 13 ultimate coil I am getting will have a variance in the ID numbers too? From what I have been reading, it will be interesting to see what DISC setting will keep the square nails out of reach also.
