GB and Filtering

Chromics

New member
After a few hunts, and many reads of the document ion, I'm still a little confused about the ground balancing and the optional bandpass filters. Do the filters tailor the GB to swing speed? It rather seems like apples and oranges to me. Do the filters override the GB that the machine suggests?

I found a AAA School Crossing Guard badge at 6 inches today. There was no corrosion at all, bright silver. I thought that I found the motherload of Mercuries. I wonder what they were made of, or coated with.

Great forum.

Thanks,

Jack

The G/B and filter are different. G/B is G/B no matter what filter you are using.
