Gave the Explorer 2 a spin today - Pirate Ring

Mrchile

New member
JW from Kelly-co sent me a 4.5" x 7" Excelerator coil
and lower shaft (for the Minelab Explorer 2) for field testing.
Today was the first time out with it.
Been doing the that dreded four letter word lately.....Work!!!
Hit one of our parks today for about an hour - grass - and it was murder - bermuda and tree roots!!!
But they were no match for the X-1 Probe!!
20 Min. I found a gold plated ring
5 min. later I found this silver HONKER PIRATES ring!!
Probably lost by one of those pirates!! Sailing the East Bay of Canyon Lake. CA!!??

Thanks JW AND KELLY-CO

Nice finds once again. That coil looks very interesting and I bet it really does a good job in high trash areas. Congrat's on your finds and hope you get away from work a bit more often so we can see your awesome posting. One heck of a year for you so far. Good Luck and HH.
