gasket between the battery plug missing

Well-known member
I finally got my Excalibur back from the repair place and the gasket on the battery plug is lost. What can I use to replace it ? Any ideas?

Its an O ring, go to the napa dealer and find one that fits, they have a tray with all kinds of sizes. Grubstake

I believe he is talking about the flat gasket on the excal battery plug with the three holes in it for the battery prongs. They are sold on Fleabay.

Some time back I was given this information .

Here is the Manufacturers address etc.

Ikelite Underwater Systems
50 W 33rd St | Indianapolis, IN 46208 | USA
(317) 923-4523
ikelite.com

As I mentioned in your other thread, email the repair center. imo from what you posted, they owe you one.

Sorry, I thought he was talking about the O ring seal . I've gotten for only a couple of bucks a couple from my auto parts, they work fine. Might be able to get the flat one at an auto parts store also, Grubstake

Yes that is what I was talking about

Please forgive me if this has already been suggested as I have not read any of the post. Check your ikelite connector on your charger. Should be one there.

Quick fix......use the one with your charger. I highly doubt the repair folks would mind sending you one

I called the repair center and told them that it was missing. I had one in the mailbox a few days latter. They took care of me
