gasket between the battery plug missing

Well-known member
I finally got my Excalibur back from the repair place and the gasket on the battery plug is lost. What can I use to replace it ? Any ideas?

I made my own out of some thin but durable rubber... you could try intertube rubber.. i believe some people have taken the rubber off of the battery charger and just used that...i know this subject has been brought up in past on the excal forum and there were several good options posted... as long as you can get it watertight and still maintain contact with the plug part you should be good...

Most dealers will have them...at least here on Cape Cod I saw them on the Bay - buy it now, and I am sure big FL dealer have them also about $5 each.

Use the one off your charger...

Seems to me an email to the repair place is in order. Sounds like they owe you one.

Should be an extra one on the charger connector.
