Gas prices  ..... local price and a couple of ideas ........ mad enough to spit !.

Locally, converted to US gal., I am paying $4.97 for your gallon. Self employed, I and others have to pass it on to our customers. Our entire North American society is built upon and entirely dependent upon fossil fuels; everything we eat, wear, need or just enjoy, comes to us on wheels. The ECO types that think gas is nowhere high enough to get us walking, biking, taking a bus are fools; boy, will they squeal when food prices double, the plumber requires a deposit up front, and the 2 year old SUV is not even wanted as a trade in.

Couple of ideas : Day traders are stock market rats; most do their dirty in minutes or hours and own nothing at the end of the day ! Make them hold buys for 48, maybe 72 hours ....... goodbye day traders. Future players, shorters and derivative types :canadaflag::usaflag: are no better. I've learned the US is investigating the futures market ........ hmmmm ! Even the Saudis are saying oil prices are unreal ! Artificial manipulation of our economies. The stock markets entire original reason for being was that thousands of investors could pool the money needed; more than any one individual or even one corporation could raise; to do or create worthwhile things and build a nation. The dollar is the grail now, to hell with the nation !

we are now at 4. 50 as well. pathetic if you ask me how the oil companys greed has really brought down our nations. thats my opinion anyways. many may not agree. but i read how much profit they are getting and it makes me sick.
