Richard speaks the truth!...I'd never owned a Garrett until the atpro...and having experienced Garrett customer service 1st hand I'll never own anything else!!...:thumbup:
 
I will second that as just had some dealings with Garrett and Brad and the service couldn't be any better..

The same goes for Richard as been there done that..as he treats his customers right....
 
Well, I am new to this forum... actually found it because of a search for Garrett service. I have a trusty Master Hunter CX and it still works great... now that I have replaced the search coil. I had a small problem though... the replacement coil had a different plug and wiring color scheme, so I needed some guidance. I called the Garrett customer service number... a 1-800 number which was nice, and was greeted with a real person! To top it off, the fellow quickly solved my problem in a very professional and friendly manner. Hats off to you Garrett! Your one of the few left who really give a damn about the customer..... :)
 
Garrett is awesome when it comes to customer service. I feel like I am dealing with a friend every time I talk to some one there.
