If you've ever failed the main walk thru metal detector in a secure building you have been probably unknowingly been exposed to the Garrett SuperWand ....
Me thinks the SuperWand is primarily made for security situations, but maybe you could find some hobby appplications too, BUT, then again is it waterproof?, and what if any advantages would it have over the propointer, made exclusively for the metal detectorist/hobbyist.
