Garrett service

E-mailed Garrett to order a new arm-rest set, as both parts had broken once or twice, and I'd managed with super-glue. Maureen messaged back that they would send me a new set for free, and mail that same day. Top notch service, I"d say!
 
Steve, I'm guessing you've had that AT for a few years. The newer arm cuff has been around for a while now, it's ribbed and stronger. I've broken a couple of the older style arm cuffs too. Did the same as you and glued, but that only bought me a few months.

Garrett service has always been :thumbup: for me as well. Friendly folks with a customer first attitude. They don't nickel and dime you over small parts, their out of warranty repair costs are fair and turnaround time fast.
