Had problems with my new out of the box Sea Hunter not acting right. Talked to Sue at Garrett's and she said it sounds like a loose chip. Anyway, she sent me a UPS shipping tag by email and machine is on it's way back to Garrett. Sue was very courteous, polite and helpful. My thanks to Garrett's for their fast service. John
