Garrett Pin Pointer problem HELP ??

Garrett Pin Pointer help?

when i put it on a target and its really close and is going right off i pull the pointer away it stays buzzing have to turn it off to go again and sometimes when i turn it back on its still buzzing, am i making sense and does anyone know a solution?
its driving me crazy !!

Re-Energize it, or Duracell it

If you have it away from ALL METAL including rings and it is still making noise, it is either low batteries or it does have issues and needs to send in. The only time mine does that is when the batteries need changing.

ok thanks guys will change battries and cross my fingers wasnt near any metal and pray it has no issues take it for a spin tomorrow with new battery see how it goes.

The battery lasts a long time in the Propointers. But when it gets low things go wacky. Sure sign of a battery replacement.

yes you are right and thankfuly it was the battery, i can't hunt without my little friend
